I had Thursday Kendo again at Myohoji Kendo. We as always start out with warming up and than Suburi (practice swings). After that, we paired up and did our standard Kendo Kihon Waza. After that, we put our Men (helmet) on and did Uchikomi Geiko. Uchikomi is were when somebody opens up and you have to strike the instant they open up. Around 7:40, we started Jigeiko which is free fighting. At 8:00 we were told to line up and we concluded class.
